RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
- Final sale items, including swimwear, lingerie, and marked-down merchandise, cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN
- Log in to your account at simonezimmermann.com and navigate to the Returns section.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack your return securely and attach the provided label.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on our website.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the region may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
